Who am I

I am Jennifer, an integrative therapist with years of experience in the mental health field, having worked with a diverse range of clients.

I take a person-centred, compassionate approach to therapy, where I truly believe that each client is the expert on their own life.

My approach is caring and supportive, and my work is about supporting you. I am flexible in my work to meet your on-going needs.

For me, building a trusting and safe space for clients is at the heart of my practice. I am passionate about offering support in a way that allows clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered on their healing journey.

Who Is Therapy For?

Counselling and Psychotherapy can help you at any stage of your life. It is a great tool for reflection and personal growth.

Daily stress can cause feelings of anxiety, depression and other symptoms. When we are unsure of how to deal with these emotions, we can feel stuck, helpless and vulnerable.

Life changes, such as bereavement and loss, or past experiences, can be painful and we may need support to process and resolve those feelings.
